ShipBob
Step 1: Copy the Email from the “Email” Field
Find and copy the email address displayed in the “Email” field of the Demandly modal.

Step 2: Add a User to Your ShipBob Account

Click on “Settings” in the menu on the left.

Then click on “User Management” in the menu to the right of the “Settings” button you just clicked.

Click on “Add user”

Fill in the user details and make sure to paste the email you got from the modal into the “Email” field.

Give the “Supply Chain” role.

Click “Send Invite”.

Step 3: Generate a Personal Access Token
Go to this page: https://web.shipbob.com/app/merchant/#/Integrations/token-management

Click “Generate New Token”.

Fill in the token name.

Click “Generate Token”.

Copy the token and check “I have copied the token”.
Then click “Confirm and Close”.

Step 4: Go Back to the Demandly Tab
Return to your Demandly browser tab and paste the personal access token in the “Personal Access Token” field.

Step 5: Verify Your Integration
You’ll now see a confirmation screen showing your ShipBob integration status as “Running”. This confirms everything is working properly. Close this window by clicking the X in the top right corner to return to your integrations page.

That’s it! Your Demandly account is now successfully connected to your ShipBob account.
If you need to make changes to this integration later, you can return to the integrations page and reconfigure or deactivate it as needed.
