Step 1: Begin connection

Click the “Connect” button within the integration modal to initiate the connection process.

Step 2: Modify the URL and click “Sign in with Shopify”

This will open a new tab in your browser.

1. You need to remove the highlighted part from the image in the URL.

2. Hit enter to navigate to the new URL and wait for the page to reload.

3. Then click on “Sign in with Shopify”

Step 3: Enter your Myshopify domain

Enter your store’s myshopify domain in the field provided.

Step 4: Click “Install” at the bottom of the page

After signing in, click the “Install” button located at the bottom of the page to authorize the connection.

Step 5: Close the “Authorisation Complete” Window

Once authorization is successful, close the “Authorisation completed successfully” window that appears.

Step 6: Click Finish

Click the “Finish” button to complete the setup.

Step 7: Verify Your Integration

You’ll now see a confirmation screen showing your Recharge integration status as “Running”. This confirms everything is working properly. Close this window by clicking the X in the top right corner to return to your integrations page.

That’s it! Your Demandly account is now successfully connected to your Recharge account.

If you need to make changes to this integration later, you can return to the integrations page and reconfigure or deactivate it as needed.
